Refunds & Returns for Pet Portraits
Full Refund Before Approval
We offer a full refund on your pet portraits until you approve the design.
After approval, the artwork is printed, and we can’t offer a refund since it’s 100% custom-made for you.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item gets lost in the mail or arrives damaged, let us know, and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.
100% Happy Guarantee
Cancel your order at any point before it’s printed for a 100% refund, no questions asked.
Custom Portrait Returns
We can’t offer returns due to the personalized nature of our products.
If you’re unhappy with the final product, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
Wrong Product or Damaged Delivery
If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product arrived damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace it.
Unlimited Edits and Changes
We offer unlimited edits to the photo and cartoon version of your pet you initially ordered.
For significant changes, you can change the photo OR the cartoon version once per order.
For a third photo or cartoon change, our customer support team will send you an invoice of $10 to cover the new artwork’s creation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours after placing your order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are granted at our discretion, and a $10 fee may apply if the artwork has already been created.
Photo Quality and Special Requests
Follow our Photo Guide and submit a high-quality photo that follows our guidelines.
Low-quality photos result in low-quality artwork.
We can add notes to your order, but special requests (e.g., adding a smile) are not guaranteed.
Minor requests, like removing red-eye or editing eye color, can be accommodated.
Please note that all examples on our site are made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos won’t allow our design team to produce the stunning finish you see on our site.
s each artwork is uniquely crafted by a skilled digital artist, your order is fully custom and needs time to personalization and preparation, starting from when you make your purchase.
Within the United States: Most orders in the U.S. are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date of your purchase. This comprehensive timeline includes the steps of creating your artwork, getting your approval, making any revisions, printing, and finally shipping your portrait. Please note that during high-traffic holiday seasons, delivery might extend to up to 4 weeks.
International – UK, Australia, Canada, & Europe: For these international locations, we aim to deliver your order within 3-4 weeks from the date you place it. This timeframe includes creating the artwork, securing your approval, any necessary revisions, the printing stage, and the shipping process. During peak holiday times, please expect shipping to take up to 5 weeks.
Additional Note: If your order needs something extra, like a new pet photo, this will extend the time we need to get it just right.
We’ll send you a preview of the artwork for your approval. The sooner you give us the green light, the quicker we can send your custom portrait on its way!
Tracking Information: All orders include tracking. We’ll send you the tracking number via email as soon as it’s available.
Holiday Heads-Up
Expect some delays during the busy months of November and December because delivery services have more packages to handle.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, unless otherwise specified.
Additional Points
Sometimes we offer a “Skip the Queue” option, moving your pet photo to the front of the line. This won’t speed up delivery, just the art creation process.
If we need a new pet photo, this will add to the production time.
We allow up to 5 business days for you to approve the artwork. If we don’t hear back from you within 72 hours, we’ll go ahead and print your order.
